Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Building and Construction Technology required.
• 2 years of experience in Truss design or framing required.
• 1-2 years of experience in troubleshooting, call center support, and information technology.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may also substitute.
• Mathematical skills including calculating proportions, percentages, area, and volume.
• Ability to read and understand prints and schematics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming customer issues in support of complex Structural Engineering, CAD, and Business Management applications.
• Research previous customer issues and develop methods to isolate and test variables.
• Collaborate with technical representatives and developers.
• Maintain records of communication transactions and remedial actions.
• Develop training curriculum and materials, and conduct training classes.
• Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
