Requirements:

• 2-4 years or more of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience turning business requests into technical requirements.
• Good written and oral communication skills along with strong MS Office skills.
• Experience scheduling and leading requirements gathering sessions.
• Data analysis skills and adept at execution and delivery.
• Adept at business intelligence, problem solving, decision making, collaboration, and has a growth mindset.
• Self-driven with the ability to complete tasks with minimal guidance.
• Preferred: Healthcare Insurance industry experience, especially Medicare knowledge.
• Ability to read existing code, understand database technologies and query language (MS SQL).

Responsibilities:

• Consult with business and technical personnel to elicit business, functional and non-functional requirements for specified applications.
• Analyze the feasibility of and develop requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
• Track and document changes for specifications according to department change control processes.
• Design screen mockups for documentation to assist development teams.
• Analyze reported defects and coordinate with QA/UAT teams for resolution.
• Conduct business impact assessments and develop modification strategies.
