Requirements:

• Experience designing intuitive digital products, preferably for SaaS or consumer platforms.
• Proven experience implementing gamification frameworks, particularly Octalysis.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD; motion design experience is a plus.
• Ability to plan and conduct user research and synthesize findings.
• Familiarity with WCAG standards and mobile-first design principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize GCP-based infrastructure for AI-driven applications.
• Craft user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for platform features.
• Integrate game design principles to enhance user engagement.
• Create a cohesive aesthetic that aligns with brand values.
• Conduct user research and testing to validate designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Maintain design documentation and guidelines.
