Requirements:
  • 4+ years of prior work experience in similar customer-facing positions (e.g. Sales Engineer).
  • Ability to frame and simplify content for various audiences: technical, management, executive.
  • Ability to understand technology at both high and low levels and translate it to business implications.
  • Ability to translate technical adoption gaps to clear actions for the customer tied to Value Realization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese.
Responsibilities:
  • Working collaboratively with Customer Success and Sales teams to drive adoption, value, and customer outcomes across all segments.
  • Engaging with customers through workshops and providing technical recommendations to increase their Value Realisation.
  • Presenting at Customer User Groups on best practices, experiences, and recommendations around ZS technology.
  • Delivering internal technical sessions to Customer Success Managers to help drive adoption at scale.
  • Working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
