Minimum 5–7 years of retail sales experience, including direct selling to Natural retailers.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Located preferably in the Pacific Northwest or Northern California.
Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Experience working with Natural Channel retailers and broker partners.
Proficiency in SPINs data.

Manage all sales initiatives across Once Upon a Farm's multi-category Natural Channel business.
Work on strategic and tactical levels to develop and implement programs that maximize sales growth.
Focus on scaling business with Natural accounts like Fresh Thyme and Natural Grocers.
Ensure sales execution, lead the broker team, and build accurate forecasts.
Analyze sales data and retailer trends to identify opportunities.
