Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional work experience with demonstrated background in customer service and collaboration.
  • Annuity product sales support experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of annuity insurance marketplace and products preferred, not required.
  • Life and annuity license preferred.
  • General knowledge of economics and financial planning.
  • Ability to build solid relationships, operate with urgency, and deliver extraordinary service quality.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-reliant multi-tasking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
  • Technologically proficient with contact management applications and sales support systems; Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage high-volume inbound phone and email inquiries, providing quality sales support to agents and marketers.
  • Initiate proactive sales initiatives in coordination with Annuity Sales objectives.
  • Demonstrate thorough, in-depth knowledge of F&G products, practices, and procedures.
  • Identify and communicate new sales opportunities to Senior Internal Wholesalers and Regional Directors.
  • Provide cross-organizational support to agents and marketers regarding contracting, commissions, and policyholder support.
  • Train agents and marketers on F&G illustration software and agent website use, troubleshooting system issues as necessary.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the annuity insurance industry and competitive landscape.
