Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Information Security.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role managing a security operations team.
• Extensive experience in leading security operations within a high-growth technology company.
• Deep expertise in threat intelligence, incident response, SIEM, EDR/MDR, SOAR, vulnerability management, and red teaming.
• Strong understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Proven track record of building high-performing security operations teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and GCTI are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of security analysts, engineers, and incident responders.
• Define and promote security best practices across the organization.
• Oversee the operation of the Security Operations Center (SOC) for continuous monitoring.
• Lead incident response efforts, including triaging and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with other security teams for a unified response to threats.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies.
• Establish security incident classification and reporting frameworks.
• Optimize security tools and collaborate with Engineering and DevOps for CI/CD integration.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in security audits.
• Provide regular security metrics reports to leadership.
