Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in iGaming.
• Experience as a Product Owner for 2 years or more.
• Experience as a Product Manager for 1 year or more.
• Strong command of metrics and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Creativity and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching products.
• Ability to analyze market, customer, and product data.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• High level of adaptability and resilience.
• Proficient level of English and native/fluent Ukrainian.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Vision: Create and align a mid to long-term product vision with the CEO and senior management.
• Participate in Strategy creation: Oversee product delivery by establishing processes, roadmaps, and strategies.
• Lead Team: Clearly deliver new ideas and company plans to the development team.
• Market research and competitors analysis.
• Inspire Marketing: Use market and product data to guide the marketing team for product improvement.
• Build Bridges: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure Product Excellence: Maintain high standards and collaborate with the content department.
• Product hands-on: Customize and launch new features.
• Submitting product improvement requests and escalating technical issues.
• Collaborate with design teams to improve UX.
• Oversee the development and optimization of the Ecosystem.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct demos and training sessions for stakeholders.
