Requirements:

• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• 6+ years of experience in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Working knowledge of Google Suite, SalesForce, and project management software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direction, leadership, and oversight to Project Managers and Coordinators.
• Lead strategic planning and resource allocation for projects and initiatives.
• Conduct regular capacity assessments to identify and address resource gaps.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Monitor performance metrics and analyze trends for optimization.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate resource management strategies.
• Ensure effective change management during project implementations.
