Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in CRO with a strong track record of successful experiments that drive growth
• Deep knowledge of website optimization and strategies to enhance conversion rates
• Experience with Optimizely or similar tools for experimentation
• Background in conversion rate optimization from a consumer-facing business, like a brand or agency
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to influence cross-functional teams
• Experience managing multiple projects and aligning with stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive CRO strategy for AdBlock and Adblock Plus websites, apps, and extensions
• Align optimization initiatives with business objectives and secure buy-in from cross-functional leaders
• Analyze user journeys to identify bottlenecks and collaborate with user research teams
• Design and manage A/B and multivariate tests
• Coordinate with product, UX, design, engineering, and user research teams
• Monitor and report on key metrics and present findings to stakeholders
• Manage CRO initiatives ensuring timely delivery and refining strategies based on insights
