Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales of technology services.
• Knowledge of technology sector trends.
• Strong persuasive communication, negotiation skills, and executive relationship management.
• Strategic focus, proactivity, and creativity to generate new business opportunities.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) for negotiating with international clients.
• Preferably with an existing client portfolio in technology.
• Proven experience in technology services sales, ideally in software development and nearshoring projects.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect clients in Mexico, LATAM, and the US for custom software development and specialized project teams.
• Design personalized proposals including software development and tailored technological collaboration.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in target companies.
• Develop creative sales strategies using various channels (email, calls, social media, etc.) to approach new clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define the scope, timelines, and costs of offered solutions.
• Meet established sales targets and lead generation goals.
