Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience developing and supporting mainframe applications.
  • Knowledge of TSYS TS2 Cards platform.
  • In-depth experience in COBOL, with a technical background that includes CICS, VSAM, JCL, TSO, RDS, ChangeMan, Zeke, and related utilities.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL.
  • Basic understanding of Cloud computing architecture.
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with application and infrastructure teams, vendors, and various business units to identify solutions to enhance Cards application, remediate issues and fix production defects.
  • Provide production support of highly complex applications in production by troubleshooting issues, proposing solutions, developing, testing fixes, and implementing solutions.
  • Provide on-call support to the application on a rotational basis.
