Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in the design field.
• Strong proficiency in creative working tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
• Comprehensive understanding of file finalization processes for print, web, and slide decks.
• Skilled at maintaining file organization and hygiene.
• Experience in building and maintaining self-serve creative libraries in Canva and Creative Cloud.
• Ability to bring presentations to life with animation and interactivity.
• Experience working from creative briefs and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Adaptable and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Updating and maintaining team templates for vendor handoff.
• Creating easy to repurpose templates in Canva.
• Modifying ads, social media content, slide decks, icon libraries, eBooks, reports, and email/web assets for final production.
• Laying out long-form documents using InDesign best practices.
• Beautifying slide decks with clean animations and transition effects.
• Collaborating closely with creative peers and following the creative director's guidance.
• Managing concurrent projects with aggressive timelines.
