Responsibilities:

• Accurately record financial transactions and maintain detailed records as part of bookkeeping.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements like income statements and balance sheets.
• Calculate and process payroll for US employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Prepare and submit payroll tax returns and manage employee benefits.
• Prepare and file corporate and personal income tax returns and advise on tax planning strategies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations.
• Maintain open communication with clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates.
