Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in Software Product Ownership.
• A good balance of technical knowledge and business insight.
• Experience with Jira and GitHub.
• Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)/agile development.
• Ability to decompose abstract information into detailed business/functional requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• University degree or comparable experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Product Vision and Delivery: Work with engineering to visualize and deliver solutions that fulfill the product vision and encompass requirements.
• Scrum Framework Lead: Develop, adapt, and facilitate the scrum framework throughout the product lifecycle, managing the backlog and leading release plans.
• Strategic Collaboration: Actively engage with other product owners and scrum masters to develop comprehensive product development strategies.
• Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the backlog of user stories and defects.
• Project Leadership: Plan, coordinate, and document development activities for large-scale projects.
• Communication and Facilitation: Facilitate communication of sprints, releases, issues, and relevant information to stakeholders.
• Delivery Optimization: Evaluate activities for maximum business value.
• Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Motivation and Leadership: Empower scrum teams with clear goals.
• Agile Development Expertise: Collaborate with development teams and participate in retrospectives.
• Value Advocacy: Champion the value of product releases and ensure stakeholder alignment.
