Requirements:

• JD / US law degree and bar admission in good standing in at least one US state.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including in corporate and securities law.
• At least 2 years of in-house corporate and securities practice at a public company.
• Deep knowledge of SEC rules and regulations and other applicable laws.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the company's public company readiness process, including corporate governance and compliance.
• Prepare and review periodic reports and filings after an IPO.
• Develop and provide training regarding internal compliance policies.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely disclosures.
• Guide on governance matters and prepare board materials.
• Manage annual stockholder meetings and support M&A activities.
