Requirements:
- JD / US law degree and bar admission in good standing in at least one US state.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including in corporate and securities law.
- At least 2 years of in-house corporate and securities practice at a public company.
- Deep knowledge of SEC rules and regulations and other applicable laws.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the company's public company readiness process, including corporate governance and compliance.
- Prepare and review periodic reports and filings after an IPO.
- Develop and provide training regarding internal compliance policies.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely disclosures.
- Guide on governance matters and prepare board materials.
- Manage annual stockholder meetings and support M&A activities.
