Responsibilities:

• Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, and offer negotiation.
• Find innovative and new ways to source candidates outside of typical channels.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial introduction to onboarding.
• Act as a true partner to businesses, offering expert hands-on support.
• Take the lead during the hiring process when needed.
• Improve hiring, offer, reporting, and candidate networking processes.
