• At least 5 years of experience in conversion rate optimization with a strong track record.
• Deep knowledge of website optimization and enhancing conversion rates.
• Experience with Optimizely or similar experimentation tools.
• Exceptional analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Experience managing multiple projects and aligning with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive CRO strategy for AdBlock and AdBlock Plus.
• Analyze user journeys to identify bottlenecks preventing conversions.
• Design and manage A/B and multivariate tests to improve website elements.
• Collaborate across product, UX, and engineering teams for smooth execution of experiments.
• Monitor key conversion metrics and present findings to stakeholders.
