- Excellent leadership and team management skills focused on talent development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR operations team in designing, implementing, and managing HR processes and systems.
- Drive operational excellence to enhance HR service delivery and improve employee experiences.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exits, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand operational needs and provide tailored HR support.
- Manage data management and reporting to support HR decision making and analyze employee metrics.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures reflecting best practices and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing solutions that align with company values and compliance requirements.
- Train and mentor HR team members to build their capabilities and improve overall performance.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to employment and labor relations.
