Requirements:

• 3-4 Years of experience in Creative Agency Production.
• Advanced Level of English.
• Time Management and Prioritization skills.
• Experience in creating budget breakdowns for UGC production.
• Advanced production skills including building a PPM deck.
• Willingness to learn project management platforms.
• Empathy and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Openness to feedback and a kind, supportive attitude.
• Curiosity and motivation to learn and face new challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for executing user-generated content (UGC) projects, including script analysis and communication with the Casting team.
• Maintain effective communication with various teams such as Casting, Creativity, Data Management, and Finance.
• Adapt to changes and propose creative solutions during content production.
• Continuously monitor progress and evaluate performance of UGC projects.
• Support development of junior team members and foster team spirit.
