Requirements:
  • 5+ years of B2B client-facing experience; preferably in a high-tech environment.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills for managing strategic accounts.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects with high attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proposals and presentations.
  • Excellent analytical skills to review merchant performance and report impacts.
  • Experience in negotiating and closing commercial contracts.

  • Manage expansion opportunities and optimize existing programs while setting project direction.
  • Own and implement a proactive client management strategy for increasing GMV, revenue, and user base.

  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams to execute partnership initiatives.
  • Pitch Affirm to new business lines and manage the integration roadmap.
