• 3-5+ years of experience specifically in social media and marketing.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Passion for customer service.
• Friendly positive attitude and team player.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
• Interest in football is a big plus.
• Experience working overseas or with international companies is a plus.
• Hospitality and Franchise Development experience are advantages.

Responsibilities:

• Overall management of IG, FB, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts.
• Plan and create 3 B2C posts per week and 1 B2B post per week.
• Maintain daily stories, leveraging local and licensee content.
• Manage all communication channels in Singapore app, ensuring content is fresh.
• Plan, create, and distribute EDM newsletter for Singapore platform customers.
• Monitor social media and mobile app branding practices for other cities.
