Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering or organizational development.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Proactive and adaptable with a high degree of initiative and self-direction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist HRBP Manager with day-to-day diver handling, engagement, diver reviews, grievance handling etc.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Provide expert advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between HR and business units to foster strong working relationships.
- Analyze workforce metrics and provide insights to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
- Facilitate organizational change by supporting leadership through change management processes.
- Participate in the development and execution of talent management and succession planning initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions on various HR topics to enhance staff capabilities.
- Stay updated on labor laws and employment regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
