Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution with two years of sales and/or Automotive Aftermarket industry experience, or High School Diploma with six or more years of sales experience.
• A current and valid driver’s license.
• Additional qualifications include technical expertise in the automotive repair industry, strong relationship-building skills, and great time management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sales efforts across all 3M products/portfolios into the collision repair segment of the Automotive Aftermarket Division.
• Implement sales programs, plans and policies as agreed with direct supervisor.
• Determine priorities, frequencies, and call patterns for effectiveness.
• Support headquarter, regional, and zone campaigns and initiatives.
• Create business plans for end users and provide solutions.
• Track and measure all sales activity using 3M’s CRM tool.
