Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in CRO with a strong track record of successful experiments.
• Deep knowledge of website optimization and strategies to enhance conversion rates.
• Experience with Optimizely or a similar tool for running experimentation.
• Exceptional analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to influence teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive CRO strategy for AdBlock and Adblock Plus websites, apps, and extensions.
• Analyze user journeys to pinpoint bottlenecks and friction points preventing conversions.
• Design, execute, and manage A/B and multivariate tests to identify effective website elements.
• Coordinate with product, UX, design, engineering, and user research teams to ensure smooth execution of experiments.
• Monitor and report on key metrics such as conversion rates and experiment impact.
