Requirements:

• 5+ years of data product management experience, with knowledge in building data pipelines and analytics platforms.
• Experience in Business Intelligence and SQL; ability to derive insights from raw datasets.
• Track record of solving complex analytical problems using advanced methods.
• Familiarity with reporting tools like Tableau, Looker, or AWS Quicksight.
• Skills in defining and refining Data & Analytics requirements for technical Data Stories.
• Knowledge of analytics/data engineering best practices and tools in the modern data stack including dbt, Redshift, Airbyte.
• Self-starter with problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
• Experience with geographically distributed teams and managing remote projects is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in business management or related fields or STEM with a Master’s in business management.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision for impact tracking aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and implement frameworks for tracking outcomes across the talent journey.
• Standardize impact success metrics with business stakeholders and maintain a data dictionary.
• Enhance real-time impact tracking dashboard with interactive visualizations and reports.
• Foster an iterative product development process based on stakeholder feedback.
• Oversee the data lifecycle, managing the data roadmap and source consolidation.
• Ensure data availability for all stakeholders with necessary compliance and privacy measures.
• Champion data literacy and a data-driven culture within the organization.
