Requirements:

10+ years of experience in data warehousing, including ETL architecture and development.
5+ years of experience as a technical lead or architect in data teams.
Expertise in architecting and managing large-scale Data Warehouses and Data Lakes.
Proficiency in SQL, relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, AWS Redshift), and dimensional data modelling.
Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with modern data tools such as DBT, AWS Glue, and S3.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in data storytelling through visualisations.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists to deliver world-class data solutions.
Architect, design, and implement a robust Data Warehouse and Data Lake.
Build and maintain scalable, near-real-time data pipelines and workflows.
Develop end-to-end BI solutions, including data modelling, visualization, and ETL processes.
Ensure the highest standards of data security, quality, and compliance across systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver on data requirements.
Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies, driving their adoption to enhance our data infrastructure.
