• Prioritize product features and enhancements while managing the lifecycle from conception to launch.
• Enhance digital KYC member experience and optimize operational efficiency.
• Analyze customer data and KPIs to inform product decisions.
• Communicate product strategy and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.
