Product Manager II (Web Application Experience Required)

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain security clearance required by the project: Public Trust.
• Completed Bachelor's degree OR an additional 3+ years of Product Owner/Product Manager experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated working experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong experience supporting Technical teams and products with high proficiency in modern web application frameworks and software development practices.
• Strong proficiency using tools such as GitHub, Jira, and Google Drive.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Guides the team, customer, and end users to build a product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
• Aligns client stakeholders and translates roadmaps and visions into user stories and epics.
• Develops and executes long-term product vision and strategy.
• Creates the product roadmap and manages stakeholder communication to align requirements.
• Serves as a consultant to client product owners on backlog prioritization and user story creation.
• Partners with clients for user adoption strategies and communicates risks and opportunities.
