Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master's in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven success leading sales teams in Financial and Professional Services with strong industry relationships.
  • 10+ years experience in managing an industry business unit with a solid understanding of business operations.
  • Experience building revenue-generating relationships and client portfolios over $20M.
  • Understanding of emerging technologies and ability to discuss software delivery and development concepts.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and evolve team plans to establish Toptal as a leading service provider.
  • Optimize account portfolios and engagement strategies.
  • Coach and mentor team members and recruit new talent.
