Requirements:

• 2 – 5 years of technical support/functional experience in Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP or similar applications, focusing on requirements, process analysis, and documentation.
• Current Workday HCM Certifications.
• Ability to support multiple customers effectively.
• Progressive analytical and functional skills demonstrated in project or support environments.
• Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously is preferred.
• Passion for exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage timelines and goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company is a plus.
• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.

Responsibilities:

• Become a hands-on subject matter expert in the Workday product suite, specializing and deepening skill set within functional areas.
• Build rapport with AMS clients, guiding them in maximizing their Workday deployment.
• Analyze and document client problems, recommend solutions, and ensure problem resolution.
• Configure tenants based on client requirements, conduct tests, and deploy configurations.
• Maintain client satisfaction to ensure Intecrowd's reputation.
• Manage multiple projects using organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively within teams.
• Strive to innovate and suggest new tools to deploy Workday.
• Facilitate clients' adoption of Workday best practices.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous education among colleagues.
