Requirements:

• Experience creating content (copywriting) and managing content marketing/social media.
• Experience in administrative support in marketing, including research and data gathering.
• Experience working with a marketing team focused on lead quotas.
• Experience using generative AI for marketing content creation.
• Experience managing vendors, freelancers, and consultants.
• Remote work ready with a stable internet connection and required equipment.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Marketing Department to achieve Marketing Qualified Lead quotas.
• Manage and coordinate the Content Management Strategy including Content Calendar and marketing collateral.
• Update GMR Sheet accurately every Monday.
• Project Manage tasks needed for the Marketing Content Calendar.
• Create and collate customer and client testimonials for social media and website.
• Create blog topics and posts relevant to monthly themes and publish them.
• Execute SEO processes on HelpFlow’s website and blog posts.
