Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related discipline.
• 1+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and model development.
• Experience with SQL for database querying and data extraction.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau).
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and data mining.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to target personas and accounts, customer behavior, and marketing channels.
• Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to extract meaningful insights.
• Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support creation, validation, and distribution of existing reports and dashboards.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Contribute to the design and analysis of A/B experiments to validate different approaches and calibrate model parameters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data science projects.
• Support the evaluation of necessary tools and systems for Strategic Analytics.
