Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of SIMBA (SAP/S4HANA) is preferred.
Research administration and/or accounting experience is strongly preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly and accurately is essential.

Monitor, analyze and resolve complex accounting issues, involving dialogue with University departments and external sponsors.
Perform reconciliations of complex accounts in a timely and accurate manner to ensure compliance with policies.
Coordinate with colleagues on the submission of financial reports and invoices for sponsored projects.
Serve as a liaison between administrative units and relevant OSVPR units.
Develop and provide education about policy interpretation and account management.
Recommend and implement procedures for uniform accounting practices and compliance.
Prepare special reports for internal and external customers.
