Game Producer (contract)

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
• 3+ years of game development experience with at least one shipped title.
• 2+ years in a production role, specifically within game development.
• Prior experience in VR development (games, experiences, applications).
• Ability to work in-headset to maintain project connection.
• Experience in a co-development or external contractor environment.
• Record of pragmatic problem solving and leadership.
• Strong team building abilities.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Project Lead to manage daily operations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead effective communication and collaboration within the project team and in stakeholder meetings.
• Work with external partners to provide clear direction and necessary resources.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps.
• Ensure project tasks are executed on track to meet deadlines.
• Provide project status transparency to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leads to establish best practices and resource allocation.
• Maintain a positive work environment to motivate the team.
• Be a resource for internal and external partners to solve development problems.
