Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on an enterprise product, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Balsamiq, Miro.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• A deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions on time and within budget.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong desire for creative problem-solving and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project goals and requirements.
• Lead the development and evolution of our design system, including defining design principles, components, patterns, and guidelines.
• Design elegant and intuitive experiences by understanding the intersection of customer needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
• Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and other design artifacts.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
• Independently deliver UX solutions for problems of large scope and complexity.
• Lead the UX design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
• Present design work to teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other UX team members by providing and incorporating design feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest UX tools and methodologies.
