Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in technical or medical fields or comparable experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in product-related and/or customer-facing positions such as Product Management, Sales, or Technical Support.
• Keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prepare compelling presentations and effectively position the company’s value proposition.
• Self-motivated with initiative and drive to excel.
• Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills for rapport-building.
• Strong work ethic in a dynamic environment.
• Team player with eagerness to be part of a growing team.
• Strong desire to learn.
• Familiarity with the Healthcare industry is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research through webinars, tradeshows, and communications with customers and partners.
• Develop products by identifying problems and creating specifications and documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to communicate requirements and manage product lifecycle.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Create customer-facing content like brochures, training guides, and social media videos.
• Present products to customers and train partners and teammates.
• Assist in documentation management and quality assurance for regulatory compliance.
• Support initiatives across departments with data-driven strategies.
