Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development (frontend and backend).
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Node.js) and frameworks (e.g., React, Django, Next.js).
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong knowledge of databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and RESTful APIs.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for eldercare, healthtech, and building impactful products.
• Experience at a high growth early-stage startup, Seed/Series A.
• Comfortable working with cross-cultural teams across different countries.
• Bonus: Experience in health-tech, insurtech or caregiving platforms.
• Bonus: Familiarity with mobile app development and design.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a scalable, user-friendly platform for eldercare solutions.
• Design and implement a reliable backend and frontend system to support growth.
• Collaborate closely with the founder and team to define technical requirements and prioritize features.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on features to bring ideas to life.
• Take full responsibility for the codebase and ensure code quality through best practices.
