Requirements:

• JD Degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a transactional attorney.
• Experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department of a technology company.
• Licensed to practice law in relevant states.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Deep understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape in the technology industry.
• Strong business acumen to balance legal considerations with business objectives.
• Proven track record in successfully managing complex transactions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize and resolve complex legal issues.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage negotiations for complex deals and contracts focused on technology-related transactions.
• Draft, review, and revise various commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with teams to align legal and business objectives while mitigating risk.
• Provide legal guidance and support on a variety of legal matters.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on proposed transactions.
• Stay updated with laws and regulations in the technology sector.
• Develop strategies to manage and minimize legal risks.
• Assist in resolving potential disputes.
• Develop subject matter expertise and educate stakeholders.
• Manage outside counsel effectively within budget.
