• Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor.
• Highly motivated and organized.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Must have a high-quality noise-canceling headset.
• Requires high-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup.
• Needs a high-speed computer with a working webcam and backup computer.
• A quiet working environment free of outside noise.

Responsibilities:

• Review the purchase order status for your accounts, ensuring orders are on schedule and reporting any delays.
• Track Bill of Material set up for related items and manage inbound raw materials.
• Monitor processed sales orders and assess their impact on raw materials and stock.
• Coordinate with the Compliance Department on project progress regarding labels and specifications.
• Work with the Design team to ensure product artwork meets customer needs and deadlines.
• Order and track necessary samples for customer requirements.
