Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in strategy, pricing, promotions, loyalty, consulting or merchandising.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, economics or related field (preferred).
• Proven ability to take a structured and data-driven approach.
• Self-starter able to work cross-functionally and independently.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, experience with senior leadership.
• Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; bonus for SQL, Looker, or Tableau / Power BI.
• Focused, organized, results-driven, and passionate about retail and eCommerce.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional partners from all areas of the business.
• Synthesize analysis into practical business strategies and communicate to leadership.
• Design and execute analyses to test hypotheses.
• Support execution of recommendations and drive measurable impact.
• Build frameworks for analysis and develop practical solutions.
• Develop strategic frameworks for pricing, promotions, and loyalty opportunities.
