Requirements:

• Experience in surgical techniques and sterile procedures in the operating room.
• Experience utilizing fluoroscopy is a plus.
• Capabilities in building customer relationships and developing procedural skills.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.
• Residence in the Connecticut/ Western Mass area is a plus.
• A degree or certification in a medical-related field (e.g., LPN, RN, Surg Tech, Rad Tech) is highly desirable.
• Compliance with relevant vaccinations and legal requirements is necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical case coverage as assigned.
• Train the surgical team to assist in good patient outcomes and provide verbal support during training.
• Maintain knowledge of surgical technology and hospital policies.
• Prepare and maintain equipment for surgery, including conducting Quality Control audits.
• Troubleshoot equipment and provide intra-operative clinical product support.
• Reconcile inventory and assist in procedural training for physicians.
