Requirements:

• 5+ years of digital producer experience in an agency setting.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary creative teams, freelancers and vendors.
• Extensive knowledge of diverse digital design assets including wireframes, UI elements, and motion animation.
• Ability to work with creative teams to translate ideas into actionable plans.
• Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Expert in project management tools such as Wrike, Monday, AirTable, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Organize, manage and deliver multiple high-profile digital projects for a portfolio of clients.
• Work closely with business development, client engagement and project management teams to ensure alignment on project scope and estimates.
• Partner with Creative Operations to confirm SoW and estimates are approved before work begins.
• Collaborate across all divisions and creative departments to define and execute work.
• Set up and manage projects and resourcing in agency tools.
