Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of the DeFi ecosystem, including technical, financial, and tokenomic aspects.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing DeFi strategies.
  • Strong network within the DeFi and broader crypto community.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive DeFi strategy to establish the platform as a DeFi powerhouse.
  • Identify, cultivate, and foster strategic collaborations with DeFi protocols, liquidity providers, and key industry players.
  • Lead negotiations and secure partnerships that expand the DeFi ecosystem.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the DeFi landscape to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives with the evolving DeFi landscape.
  • Represent the company at prominent DeFi events, conferences, and forums.
  • Provide valuable insights to Product and Engineering teams based on industry demands and community feedback.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to craft impactful go-to-market strategies for DeFi initiatives.
