Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Blockchain, Computer Science, or related fields (Ph.D. preferred).
  • At least 2-3 years of research or experience in leading DeFi projects, particularly in DEX or lending protocols.
  • Deep understanding of DEX platforms (e.g., Uniswap, Curve) and lending protocols (e.g., Compound, Aave).
  • Familiarity with the blockchain ecosystem and smart contracts principles.
  • Strong data analysis skills to extract insights from large datasets.
  • Passionate about research and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent logical reasoning and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research in the DeFi space, focusing on mechanisms, economic models, and architectures of DEX and lending protocols.
  • Produce research reports and white papers to provide insights to the team and community.
  • Design and optimize economic incentive models for DEX and lending platforms.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for protocol performance enhancement.
  • Offer research support and education to internal teams.
  • Share findings at industry events to elevate the company's reputation.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to implement research findings.
  • Engage with open-source communities to advance industry standards.
