Requirements:
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer success.
- Strong understanding of the federal procurement process, including GSA schedules and government procurement vehicles.
- Familiarity with FedRAMP and experience selling to FedRAMP customers.
- Understanding of federal compliance regulations such as NIST, FISMA, and CMMC.
- Experience selling to various government agencies, including DoD and DHS.
- Knowledge of government contracting processes such as teaming arrangements and bid protests.
- Strong network of C-level and Director-level contacts within the federal government.
- Experience with driving pipeline conversion, proposal solutions, and revenue metrics.
- Understanding of security assessments, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- 7+ years leadership/management experience in a startup/scale-up environment.
- Strategic and visionary skill set.
Responsibilities:
- Grow and develop a world-class Public Sector sales organization.
- Identify, train, and implement best practices to improve team performance.
- Deliver financial results and manage all aspects of the sales process.
- Define and evangelize the market strategy to meet revenue goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to execute successful strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage relationships with strategic Public Sector partners.
- Support company diversity and inclusion initiatives.
