Requirements:

• Experience working in the insurance industry.
• Experience working with very large data sets.
• Analytical and commercial mindset.
• Experience with Price Comparison or aggregator data is desirable.
• Forecasting experience.
• Proficiency in any coding language, such as SQL, SAS, R, or Python.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out analysis and tracking management information to support understanding of acquisition KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Supporting the Performance Manager in executing the customer acquisition strategy.
• Collaborating with various teams on commercial initiatives to enhance performance.
• Assisting in forecasting, budgeting, and retrospective analysis processes.
• Ensuring Daily Trade stand-ups are informative and effective.
