Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in an operations or process-oriented role, preferably in the payroll or finance industry
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A process-driven mindset with the ability to follow established workflows
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) role
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with data entry, system processing, and reconciliation of payslips, token grants, and vesting schedules
  • Perform routine and ad hoc tasks to support administration of compensation programs
  • Upload and manage critical documents and data across platforms
  • Follow established workflows to ensure data accuracy and compliance
  • Identify process improvement areas and collaborate with the team on enhancements
  • Provide operational support and help balance workloads during peak periods
  • Maintain detailed records of tasks and workflows for transparent operations
  • Assist in generating periodic reports to track progress and process efficiencies
  • Develop expertise in specific operational areas
