Requirements:

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (public policy, government administration, economics, public health, etc.).
• Professional experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant, full time work experience in government, consulting, policy, project management and/or impact measurement.
• Technical proficiency: Familiarity with standard business tools for data analysis and presentations.
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

• Support clients to solve problems and deliver impact at scale.
• Use data to formulate and test recommendations for better decision-making.
• Participate in collaborative efforts through workshops and project activities.
• Engage with frontline service providers to inform policy and implementation.
