Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a Data or BI Analyst role.
• Advanced knowledge of Tableau with experience building optimized dashboards.
• Strong background in data analysis and process improvement.
• Expertise in architecting and implementing efficient data models and warehousing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and data warehousing.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Develop complex SQL transformations to create data models.
• Partner with integration engineers and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop ETL technical specifications.
• Contribute to BI and Data engineering best practices while setting up Data pipelines and dashboards.
• Oversee team's analysis for accuracy and informative insights.
• Collaboration on the implementation and adoption of a data exploration tool company-wide.
• Define and maintain critical business and operational reports reviewed regularly.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards communicating findings to stakeholders.
