UX Motion Designer (Contract)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in motion design with a strong portfolio of UX-focused motion work.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, including plugins like Bodymovin for generating Lottie assets.
• Familiarity with delivering animations for web and mobile platforms.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Knowledge of optimizing animations for performance on various devices.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate design concepts clearly.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Create and present motion concepts to illustrate enhancements to user interactions and transitions.
• Produce high-quality animations in MP4 and Lottie JSON formats for use in digital products.
• Collaborate with designers and developers for seamless integration of animations into product designs.
• Respond to feedback promptly to refine motion designs during the contract period.
• Ensure all assets are lightweight and optimized for performance across platforms.
